SUPER SIMPLE INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pounds ground meat
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- salt/pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
This is a dump recipe so grab a large bowl and combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
Form this into large meatballs. I make mine between the size of golf balls and baseballs. Place these in a large baking dish.
INGREDIENTS for the gravy:
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Just mix these together.
Pour the mushroom gravy over the meatballs and cover the baking dish with foil. Place this into a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
I like to serve it over rice but over egg noodles is pretty awesome too! Enjoy!
