These ribs are absolutely mouth-watering! I am not a big fan of barbeque sauce so when a friend told me about the flavors in this combination, I knew it would be good. A little sweet, a little sour and oh so good.
If your mouth is not watering right now, go check your hydration cause these ribs are it!
Country Pork Ribs
Lemon pepper seasoning
There are no measurements for this recipe, everything is to be applied very generously.
So drizzle your olive oil on one side of the ribs.
Rub the olive oil all over the ribs covering every inch.
Now GENEROUSLY sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning over this side of the ribs.
Now get your hands back in there and rub the seasoning all over the ribs, working it into all those crevices.
Flip it over and do the same to the other side. Olive oil, generous seasoning, and rub it in.
Now heat your grill to medium-high heat and spray the top rack with a cooking spray.
Put the ribs on the top rack and cover your grill. You are going to cook these ribs on direct heat (right over the fire) for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes, flip the ribs and cook on a low indirect heat (one side of the fire is off and the ribs are NOT over the fire still burning) for 25-35 minutes or until done.
Isn’t that beautiful?!
Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.
OOOh, and now comes the good part! Get that honey and drizzle it all over the ribs.
You will not be sorry!
