Grab 4 or 5 green tomatoes
Slice them up about 1/2 inch thick.
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over them. Flip them over and do the same to the other side.
Heat up your grill to high heat and lay out the tomatoes. Cook them about 4 minutes on each side. Peek under them and see if they have the black grill marks. That is when you know to flip them. Flip them over and do the same to the other side.
